  *  PyRTE, a CGI/CGIplus/RTE/WSGI interface to Python for the WASD package.
     This kit is suitable for VSI Itanium (I64) and x86-64 Python 3.10.
     Developed and tested against VSI I64VMS PYTHON A3.10-0RELEASE008
     Check READMORE.HTML and PYRTE.C for further detail.

  Installation and usage information is available in READMORE.HTML
  Note: VSI Python 3.10 must have been installed first!

  *  UNZIP:
     $ SET DEFAULT WASD_ROOT:[000000]
     $ UNZIP dir:PYRTE310.ZIP  !creates subdir [SRC.PYTHON]

  *  To build (compile) PyRTE:
     $ SET DEFAULT [SRC.PYTHON]
     $ @BUILD_PYRTE3

 VMS file attributes saved ... use UnZip 5.2+ on OpenVMS
