  *  UNZIP:
     $ SET DEFAULT WASD_ROOT:[000000]
     $ UNZIP dir:PYRTE310-X86.ZIP

  *  To link PyRTE:
     $ SET DEFAULT [SRC.PYTHON]
     $ @BUILD_PYRTE3 LINK

 VMS file attributes saved ... use UnZip 5.2+ on OpenVMS
