        This saveset provides a new versions of the following executables for
        TCPware for OpenVMS.:

		FILTER_SERVER.EXE
		FLTSVRSHR.EXE
		DELMBX.EXE

        This patch is applicable to TCPware version 5.9-2 only.

        The following change[s] has been made:

	IPS_V592P051  - ECO Rank: 3 - Corrects a specific problem

    	- Fix a problem with IPS_V592P050 not installing correctly on VAX
	  systems.

	The following ECOs are minimum prerequisites for installing this ECO:

		DRIVERS_V592P020
		NET_V592P080

	NOTE: IPS needs to be restarted after applying this ECO, using the
	      command  "$ NETCU SET IPS/RESTART".  A system reboot is not
	      necessary.

	The old versions of the images will be renamed to *.EXE_OLD.

	Once installed, you may undo this patch by renaming the file(s) back to:

        TCPWARE_COMMON:[TCPWARE]FILTER_SERVER.EXE_OLD to
              TCPWARE_COMMON:[TCPWARE]FILTER_SERVER.EXE

	IPS_V592P050  - ECO Rank: 3 - Corrects a specific problem

    	- The STARTUP message to the FILTER_SERVER process could be lost, which
          could result in events being ignored by IPS rather than being processed.

	IPS_V592P040  - ECO Rank: 3 - Corrects a specific problem
	------------
	- The FILTER_SERVER process may accvio when logging a message to
	  OPCOM.

	IPS_V592P030  - ECO Rank: 3 - Corrects a specific problem
	------------
	- When IPS starts, the FILTER_SERVER process may see and act
	  upon old messages.  FILTER_SERVER must discard any old messages
	  it finds until it receives a MSG_TYPE_STARTUP message.

	IPS_V592P020  - ECO Rank: 1 - Recommended: multiple components may fail
        ------------
	- Provide more meaningful error messages to the FILTER_SERVER
	  log file and OPCOM upon encountring fatal errors.  [DE 11088]

	IPS_V592P010	- ECO Rank: 3 - Corrects a specific problem
	------------
	- Restore the number of packet filters to that for TCPware 5.8
	  (approximately 780 per interface).  [DE 10954]
